we dont know yet so dont book anything.
If they can make the stadium ready for the 4th then they'll probably go down that route, though it appears we've been speaking to Charlton about renting the Valley out for a day, which is winding the CHARLTON LIFE mongs up no end.

What after we let them use our stadium when their shithole was being upgraded to 10,000?

It hasn't but the assumption is that we would ask for a switch if it was drawn the other way.
It has been done before (last year for instance) but nothing is for sure.

Charlton letting us use their ground would be a lovely gesture from them an a nice way of thanking us for helping them in their darkest hour , tell them that on their forum !

Fuck it I'll take the gamble going by the official site should be ok
The Joint Chairmen added: “We said farewell to the Boleyn Ground with a thrilling match and a magnificent atmosphere under the lights. Our game against Juventus remains the official opening of our iconic new Stadium but a European qualification game will be the perfect preparation for that.”

UEFA automatic rules regarding switching ties is only applied when two or more teams are drawn to play at the same time who the authorities have pre-agreed cannot stage fixtures under such circumstances be it due to a groundshare, playing in same city/town or such..
Having a home venue unavailable for a reason other than those above is the club's problem not UEFA so it is not one of the reasons UEFA automatically reverses fixtures but a club can make a request for the competition committee but I wouldn't assume for it to be definitely changed until confirmation is given officially.

http://www.uefa.org/MultimediaFiles/Download/Regulations/uefaorg/Regulations/02/23/69/59/2236959_DOWNLOAD.pdf
Paragraph 22.05 - "In principle, a club must play all its matches in the competition at one and the same venue. As of the group stage the venue can be changed only based on a UEFA decision."
So once the group stages are reached only UEFA can specify a change of venue - but seems to imply that it could be changed for the qualifying rounds.

So there's a 50:50 chance we will be at home second anyway and if we're not we can request it... we are going to be playing at home on the 4th aren't we!
Wouldn't worry about it until we're not.

Yes we can request to switch the dates of the tie but UEFA can equally refuse as much as grant it as in reality our inability to stage the fixture on the 28th is of own making not UEFA's or the Authorities so UEFA may not be that sympathetic as to force a club who have legitimately gained the advantage of home leg second lose that.
Against that background I don't think people other than the 50/50 luck of the draw scenario should assume we will be home on 4th August until they receive 100% confirmation of it.
